Mixed vegetables omelette
Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Tomatoes (cut into small squares)
- Carrots (cut into small squares)
- Grain of corn
- Ground pork
- Sauce
- Sweet basil
- Oil
- Cayenne pepper
Step by step
- Beat 3 eggs and take a carrots, tomatoes, grain corns, sweet basil, ground pork, sauce, and cayenne pepper in the bowl and mix them.
2. Pour oil in a frying pan (high oil about 1 cm.). When oil is hot, dip the little omelette drop to the frying pan.
3. Dip the oil to the top of little omelette(to make the egg fluffy and crisp) and turn over when one side is done and cook the other side the same way.
4. Decorate with sweet basil and serve hot mixed
vegetables omelette.

Rainbow steamed egg
- Eggs 3

Gotu Kola(Bai Bua Bok)

Water
Step by step
1. Spin the
carrots and gotu kola with water ¼ cup.
You will get orange and green color.
2. Beat 1 egg,
add carrot water ½ cup, and stir cayenne pepper and salt. You will get orange color in the third step
of bowl.
3. Pour into the
bowl and steam about 4-5 minute.
4. Prepare green
and yellow color like the step (2) but change the carrot water to gotu kula and
egg, pour into the bowl, and steam about 4-5 minute too. You will get green color in the second step
and yellow color in the first step of bowl.
5. Add ground
pork, carrot, parsley, and green onion on the top rainbow steamed egg.
6. Serve hot
rainbow steamed egg.
This
menu is
suitable for everybody, especially for children. It looks like pudding
